This means the success of the business will depend on how much value it can create for both customers and suppliers. This value creation mechanism is a fundamental reason for a company's existence and growth.

In this section, we will apply a practical model to strengthen your value creation in two areas:a) for customers (before purchase, during the purchase, and after the purchase), and b) for employees and suppliers.

Patterns of Action

80% of business strategies remain just a theory with no implemented action plan. The goal of this stage is to create recurring patterns and control levers that will ensure your system is implemented and executed within your company. This is where true ownership driven.strategic business management begins, along with accountability to employees, owners, and shareholders.

In this section, we will create recurring actions that will ensure the implementation of the company's strategy every year, every quarter.every month, week, and even every day.

Business Diagnostic System

In the third step, we will create a system that allows you to measure and forecast your company's growth trajectory and pace. Business grow this measured through KBDs (Key Business Drivers) and KPls (KeyPerformance Indicators). These critical business metrics will be assigned to responsible team members, and a motivating compensation plan will be developed.
