ATLAS exists because a client asked whether Neo could do for their leadership team what he had done for them personally. That was 2022. Since then it has become a separate company with its own standard, its own destinations, and a small number of teams who return every year.

Neo Ross International has been designing experiences since 2017 - over 220 of them, across 18 countries, with more than half of clients returning. ATLAS began in 2022 when a client asked whether Neo could do for their leadership team what he had done for them personally. That team has come back every year since.
