What type of events do you organise?
Private leadership offsites for founders, CEOs, and their senior teams. Groups of 4 to 12, typically three to five days, in locations across 18 countries.
Can I request a custom location?
Yes. We have vetted over 550 properties and work with around 50 regularly, but if you have somewhere specific in mind we will source it and assess whether it works for your group.
How much of my time will this take?
Roughly two hours across the whole process. One discovery conversation, one review of the design, and a short session before the offsite to confirm outcomes. Everything else is handled by us.
How do you ensure privacy?
We work with properties that allow full buyouts or are naturally secluded. All logistics are handled discreetly. NDAs and additional privacy arrangements can be put in place on request.
How do you structure your experiences?
Around three things: purpose, place, and people. We start with what the offsite needs to achieve, then select the location and assemble the right team - facilitators, chefs, and specialists - around it.
